Passion for people & technology
Youcef has over 20 years experience in the IT industry with track record in delivering complex transformation programmes in multinational environment. He has a breadth of experience in various fields of IT in corporate systems where he successfully led one of the largest SAP implementations in Europe, in Enterprise business where he drove its digitization across a leading multinational Telco.
Youcef is also passionate about people and decided to leave the corporate world to maximise the impact he can have on people’s lives while leveraging what he knows best – Information Technology.
His mission is to positively and collaboratively impact businesses with empathy
Sylwia Mlynek
Passion for people and travel
Sylwia brings a lot of positive energy and attention to details. With a finance accounting and business administration background she manages all the onboarding and day to day activities to run empakt operations.
Sylwia has travelled all over the world and helps bring people together.
Samira ramdane
Passion for people & numbers
Samira started her career as analyst in new technologies within a Venture Capital in the city of London. With a Master in Corporate Finance at ISC Paris and Westminster Business School she spent 10 years in audit and finance at KPMG.
Samira decided to pause her career and spend time with her three wonderful children Yacine, Sarah and Sofia until she decided to come back on this new venture with the ambition to make an empakt into people’s lives.
Rachid DJOUNNADI

With 25 years of experience leading complex IT and business transformations, Rachid leverages his expertise to empower organizations to thrive in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
As a certified digital transformation lead, Rachid has a proven track record of success in delivering large programs from ideation to implementation, with strong references in Telecoms, Tower Infrastructure and Hospitality.
Beyond his technical expertise, Rachid is an experienced coach and mentor, cultivating a collaborative work environment, fostering a growth mindset and a healthy culture of innovation.
With his passion for learning & development and positive psychology, Rachid has contributed to significant improvements in team engagement, purpose, growth and well-being.
